Later this month, Florida’s WordPressers will descend to Miami for WordCamp Miami. They will join all the Northerners flying the cold for a weekend of Sun and WordPress Fun.

Two years ago, when this site was barely two months old, I brought Gutenberg Times stickers to the WordCamp and gave them to developers, who work together for a whole day of workshops dedicated to Gutenberg development.

I missed last year’s WordCamp Miami, but this year, I am heading East again on Friday, February 28, 2020. There will be developers workshop for me to attend.

The recently published schedule doesn’t have much details on the workshop, yet. For Saturday and Sunday, I discovered four sessions about Gutenberg, one of them mine on the various image blocks and how to use them for page layouts.

Live Stream

Traditionally, WordCamp Miami, provides a live stream for those who won’t make it to sunny Florida in February, and I’ll update this post as soon as there are details available.

Gutenberg Sessions at #WCMIA

When we get closer to the WordCamp happening we will have more information available. I am determined to attend also the other three sessions and be able to provide you with the resources again.

If you will be at WordCamp Miami, and you would want to meet me, feel free to send me a note to schedule a time at pauli@gutenbergtimes.com or DM me on Twitter @bph or fill out this form. Or just walk up and introduce yourself, I’d love to talk to you in person!
